Our Goal:  Garden State Battery's sole objectives are to provide batteries and accessories at the lowest prices and to provide the best possible customer service.  We do not share any personally identifiable customer information with any 3rd party without our customers' permission.  We do not rent, lend, sell or otherwise provide lists of customer information to any 3rd party for the purpose of mailing, telemarketing or any contact whatsoever, unless required by law.

Secure Shopping:  We have also taken steps to ensure that your information remains confidential.  Credit card information and purchase order information is collected by GlobeCharge, our secure order gateway service.  GlobeCharge uses SSL (secure sockets layer) technology, the most widely used Internet information security method.  An encryption key length of 128 bits provides the highest commercially available level of encryption.  Please check to make sure that your browser uses SSL 3.0 or higher.

Additionally, customer information that is transmitted from GlobeCharge to us is encrypted using 128-bit PGP key technology, which can only be decrypted by the intended recipient.
