At Garden State Battery, we are very proud of the work that we do. We spend much of our day speaking with customers who serve this great country that we live in; mostly police officers, firefighters and public servants who help to keep our world safe and secure. We decided to create this page to let our visitors know a little bit about the company behind this website. Before the "Amazon" days of the web, shoppers and businesses had the opportunity to speak face to face with each other and possibly get to know each other beyond the basic business of buying and selling. About Us
Garden State Battery is a New Jersey Corporation, with its headquarters located in Bloomsbury, New Jersey. Bloomsbury is a small town on the border of Hunterdon and Warren counties, in the cradle of a peaceful place know as "Jugtown Mountain." We're here every day, answering the phone, fax and email requests of our customers, for the batteries and electronic accessories that help them power devices ranging from calculators and watches, to the walkie talkies used by swat teams and special batteries used to power sophisticated medical equipment. Firefighters, police departments and correctional facilities around the country look to Garden State Battery to fulfill their 2 way radio battery, battery charger, speaker and surveillance microphone, and professional flashlight needs.
Many of our customers are public safety professionals, including, fire and rescue personnel, police officers, security guards, prison guards and even Secret Service! These loyal customers have come to depend upon Garden State Battery products to power the products they use every day to earn their living and to protect and serve the people of America.
Our batteries are used by businesses, hospitals, schools, golf courses, machine shops, public works departments, mosquito control departments all over North America and other parts of the world.
Quality components
We use only the highest quality components in our products. Our two-way radio batteries feature ultrasonically sealed high-impact ABS cases, durable flexible circuit boards and cells manufactured by Sanyo and Panasonic, world leaders in rechargeable battery technology. During our many years (over 16) in the battery business, we've learned that cutting costs by using cheaper components never pays off. A battery is only as good as the sum of its parts.
Customer Service
We make our best effort to personally attend to each and every customer fax, email or phone call as they come in. You will not be arbitrarily transferred to someone's voice mail; we answer each and every incoming call in person and answer your needs in the same manner. We'll be happy to prepare a written quote when you need one, answer any questions you might have about the proper care and use of your batteries or help you choose the best solution for your application.
In the unlikely event that you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll be happy to arrange the return of your order and we'll issue a refund, no questions asked. If an item you are looking for is not currently in stock at our warehouse, we'll contact you and provide an estimated delivery date. We'll also offer an alternative, if available.
